Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of the CSM module on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with the business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in the design of the CSM module
- Develop and maintain documentation for CSM architecture, designs, and processes
- Ensure the CSM module is aligned with the overall ServiceNow architecture and security standards
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to support the CSM module
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CSM module
- Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and features, and assess the impact on the CSM module
- Work with the ServiceNow account team to manage the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 14+ years of total exp and 5+ years strong experience in ServiceNow CSM module design, solutions and development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and best practices
- Strong experience in JavaScript and other scripting languages
- Strong experience with web services and integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management and leadership skills
