ServiceNow Integration Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications
• Collaborate with the business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in the design of integrations
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration architecture, designs, and processes
• Ensure integrations are aligned with the overall ServiceNow architecture and security standards
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to support the integration process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations
• Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and features, and assess the impact on integrations
• Work with the ServiceNow account team to manage the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 12+ years of total exp and 4+ years strong experience in ServiceNow integration design and development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and best practices
• Strong experience in JavaScript and other scripting languages
• Strong experience with web services and integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management and leadership skill
