Junior Sales (Nordics)

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head of Sales and drive inflows into the sustainable credit funds.
• Take full ownership for leading pitches with smaller/lower tier institutional investors. Over time increase responsibility and  work on larger accounts.
• Attend meetings with Tier 1 investors alongside the Head of Sales, writing meeting notes and ensuring that follow-up is completed efficiently.
• Undertake research on target clients and markets.
• Proactively track sales activities in the CRM database.
• Oversee and prepare investor meeting materials.
• Carry out market research, identifying potential clients and suitable strategies.
• Ensure RFPs are coordinated internally and contribute to final messaging.

Requirements

• 4-7 years’ experience in a similar Sales/Investor Relations role within asset management
• Bilingual fluency in a Nordic language and English.
• Good interpersonal skills and comfortable presenting in pitch/client meetings.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with high attention to detail.
• Passion for financial markets.
• Ability to perform under pressure
