Responsibilities:
In this position you will have the responsibility about the DevOps Platform Engineering Team which is responsible for the architecture, development and operative maintenance of the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and it's surrounding systems. Next to the leading responsibilities you work close together with the strategic projects department and ensure efficient and stable operations.

You will also take on other responsibilities such as:

• Coordination and planning of activities including knowledge management of the team
• Design and implementation of the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment
• Providing 1st level support for incident management and implement changes as well as providing 2nd level support within the framework of the existing support organization and responsibility including on-call service
• Strong collaboration with international teams within a global banking structure

Your profile:
To cope with the tasks you have several years of experience in a similar role in an Azure cloud environment. Ideally you have a university degree in business informatics, computer science, Information Systems (University of applied sciences, University) or equivalent education/further education in a related field. A valid work permission for Switzerland is mandatory.

In addition, you can demonstrate knowledge of the following points:

• Leadership experience with very good technical knowledge
• Good knowledge and experience of Kubernetes clusters based on Red Hat OpenShift (SDN, Service Mesh, Security, etc.)
• Sound and practical experience in automation (e.g. Ansible, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform)
• Knowledge and experience with systems like Kafka, Grafana, ELK, MongoDB, Hashicorp vault, etc. is a plus
• Practical experience in using Azure DevOps, GitLab or Vault etc is a big asset
• Good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
