IT Support

For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Fribourg area, we are recruiting an IT Support who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities:
As an IT Support you are in charge of support and of training on phone and onsite. Moreover you coordinate the call-out on all our client's sites. You also participate in the improvement of IT systems with service providers, optimise management processes and make proposals You have also administrative tasks.

Profil:

• CFC in IT
• First experience in Support
• Good knowledge in standard IT tools
• Good knowledge of Tactil
• German and French
• B driving license mandatory
