IT Director

For one of our clients in Neuchâtel Area, we are recruiting an IT Director who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities :
As an IT Director you will be responsible for the IT function and you assume the strategic direction (company information systems). You manage a global team (IT employees), you monitor progress and ensure the employees performances are correct. You supervise the implementation of new systems and networks, you oversee the different stages of the implementation process of elements (new CMS systems, software and cloud platforms). Moreover you are instrusted with the task of having an new company software developed (new CMS system or application for business needs). You assess the need to purchase new devices and further define the timing. You also stay abreast of industry trends and new technology and you manage projects.

Profile

• Bachelor in IT
• Experience in a similar position
• Expérience in a Manufacturing company
• Good knowledge in Data Science
• Good knowledge in programming languages
• Management skills
• French and English
