Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Bloomberg is highly beneficial.

We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Analyst/Associate to join our Global Advisory team in Zurich. Thisis a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and client-focusedenvironment, working alongside industry experts to deliver exceptionalsolutions. Whatwill you do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry and company data to support corporate finance advisory & lending initiatives.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for company valuation and capital structure analysis, aiding in decision-making for complex financial scenarios e.g. structured financing, leveraged buyouts and M&A.
- Pitch Preparation: Collaborate on the preparation of pitch books, transaction materials, and client presentations to clearly communicate financial strategies and recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as partner to business owners and management, assist in preparing detailed memos and transaction documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables that reflect the bank's commitment to excellence.
- Transaction Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of financing and advisory transactions, contributing to various aspects of deal management and ensuring seamless project completion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Masters degree in Corporate Finance or related field (or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience), with solid academic credentials.
- Professional Experience: at least 2 years of relevant experience within corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, debt advisory or a related division in the bank, demonstrating strong understanding of finance principles.
- Technical Proficiency:
Strong grasp of structured finance, capital markets, and corporate finance concepts, including capital structure and valuation methodologies.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Bloomberg is highly beneficial.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
