if yes; our 18 months Wealth Management Associate Program extends your skills, provides a unique experience in Wealth Management, and establishes a platform for accelerated career development in a client facing role.
Parallel off-the-job education will provide you with the business specific knowledge, but the main focus is on-the-job, developing your book of clients. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be equipped with the necessary foundation to embark upon a rewarding career with UBS Wealth Management in one of our global locations.

We're looking for someone who can:

• develop to become a successful Relationship Manager through our training program; reaching (or preferably exceeding) both the financial and educational targets set within the program
• build up a client book from your own existing network of wealthy individuals in Central Europe, with focus on Bulgaria, former Yugoslavia, and Romania
• establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• continuously grow your network by referrals and by identifying new prospects
• acquire the necessary knowledge and sales skills to deliver the UBS value proposition to clients, including timely completion of mandatory trainings and the WM Certificate

The team

For the Wealth Management Team Central Europe, which is located in Zurich, we are looking for a driven and ambitious personality who is keen to make a positive impact on our clients and UBS. At the same time, we will provide you with an outstanding platform for your professional development while being part of a dynamic and experienced team.

Your skills and experience

• a Bachelor or Master from a leading university / business school with a minimum of 4 years professional experience
• good understanding and strong interest in financial markets and in depth market knowledge in Central European region, particularly Bulgaria, former Yugoslavia, and Romania, with a convincing network of HNW and UHNW
• excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
• a networker and a skilled relationship builder at heart
• part of a club, alumni-network, or involved with entrepreneurial activities
• a collaborative team player who is also independent enough to plan your own activities and put your business plan into action
• experience in Wealth Management services is welcome, though not required.
• languages skills: fluent in English and one of the languages spoken in the focus region
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
