Engagement Manager - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

On behalf of our client, an international consulting company within Healthcare and Life Sciences, Swisslinx is looking for an Engagement Manager to join their team in Switzerland. Our client partners with life sciences companies to maximize the commercial value of their products.

Your mission:

- Leading and managing Strategic Consulting projects on a global scale
- Projects covering Market Access and Commercialization
- Client relationship management
- Ensuring the highest standards of analysis, hypothesis and recommendations delivered to clients
- Developing and mentoring junior members of the team
- Active involvement in the full Strategic Consulting Life Cycle - from business development to the post implementation stage

Your profile:

- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Strategy Consulting field covering the Life Sciences sector
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences related discipline
- A strong understanding of commercial strategies and needs of clients within the Life Sciences sector is a must
- Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to manage project work streams and coach junior team members
- Fluency in English
