We are currently working with a fast-growing real estate firm that owns and manages properties across the UK. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their finance team in West London in a commercially driven key role to support the business drive improvements.

Responsibilities include

• Work closely with operational management, ensuring a strong understanding of the business and its commercial drivers
• Acting as a key advisor to operational management through financial insight and data, helping to continually challenge assumptions
• Identifying and highlighting opportunities to drive business improvement and change
• Owning the preparation of consolidated annual budgets and forecasting for senior management review in a timely manner
• Leading on month end & quarter end reporting and business KPI's
• Preparation of cashflow forecasts
• Day to day management of banking
• Contributing to the year end processes for statutory reporting
• Developing and implementing accounting policies and processes
• Developing accounting staff
• Provide support to the Finance team and wider business with ad-hoc projects

Key Requirements

• Accounting qualification
• Experience in a similar role, leading commercial strategic planning and forecasting processes
• Property experience ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Solid technical skills, especially Excel
