Morgan McKinley have been engaged by a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Wiltshire, who are currently recruiting for an interim Finance Manager.

Morgan McKinley have been engaged by a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Wiltshire, who are currently recruiting for an interim Finance Manager. This role will last for circa 2-3 months.

When we engaged with the senior team, you could see how passionate they are about embedding the right candidate for this project. Our client really need a confident, high energy and positive leader to build out the finance function for a new enterprise. The key elements of this role include:

- Assist in the structuring and formatting of management and financial statements for the newly formed business.- The right candidate will possess strong experience on Sage 200. On the contrary, if you haven't engaged with this system, you will have multiple system experiences. - Evident experience building project duration and cash allocations for new contracts.- Have strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to assist in budgets / spend / bill of materials and stock.- Help report on stock take, either financially or physically supporting the warehouse and engineer teams.- Help with purchasing materials and building a cost effective scheme. - Complete thorough inter-company reconciliations and recharges. - Be very hands on: processing invoices, raising them and reporting. - Understand the profitability of new projects, how they are running and how successful they are. - Process month end accounting, closing down ledgers, assisting with key business decisions and improving processes. - Ultimately bring heaps of value, challenge, bring fresh insight and support accordingly. Use their own initiative to suggest new ways of working and build strong relationships.

This role will require you to be in the office 5 days a week, purely due to the nature of the business and its exciting growth!
