Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director

I am working with a provider of insurance services in the Manchester area with their search for a Chief Financial Officer to lead their Finance Function. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Director or Group Financial Controller to take a step upwards in their career whilst still maintaining a hands-on approach to their work.

The person in this role will participate in decision making at Board and Executive level as well as taking ownership of the company's statutory & internal reporting. In addition to this they will manage the day to day activities of a small team.

The CFO will also have the opportunity to work strategically with the Executive team, particularly in relation to the investment of company funds.

Experience within the Insurance industry is an important pre-requisite for this role in addition to at least 5 years PQE demonstrating the ability to take responsibility for compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
