We are currently recruiting for a talented Manager to join a global business as a part of the tax reporting and accounting team based in Glasgow.
Role and responsibilities:
- Provide advice to resolve complex tax issues and queries.
- Ensure systems and controls are in place and managed efficiently
- Implement group wide projects, policies and initiatives on behalf of the group
- Managing risk and controls in line with group policy
- Manage the development and delivery of changes to operational and systems infrastructure
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Significant experience gained within financial services or working in an accountancy practice with clients from the Financial services sectors
- Professional accounting and/or tax qualification e.g., ACCA or CTA
- Experience of managing a team and its individual members, including delivering effective appraisals, performance management, etc.
