Corporate Finance Manager/ Assistant Manager

My client is a well regarded Global Consulting firm, who is looking for a Manager or experienced Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who desires to work on a wide range of Corporate Finance projects including, Transaction Services, M&A and Valuations as well developing external relations.


Experience of all aspects is not required but a minimum of 2 years experience across one or all of the above is necessary for the role. From a technical perspective, you will be able to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and collaborate with the wider team to ensure high quality is maintained. Acting as a manager on assignments, you will be able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability.
