We have partnered with a well established property developer with over 60 years experience of building high quality and prestigious developments across the UK. With a respectable name, high performing team and an inclusive culture. They are looking for a well rounded accountant to join their team as they continue to grow the business.

With an already very established portfolio, they are looking to expand in further areas of England and to hire a Finance Analyst to sit at the forefront of these developments on the project team.

You will build key relationships with the Business Unit Board, Development Team, Group Finance, Regeneration team and other non-finance areas. You would be sitting in all commercial meetings, communicate with subcontractors, cost tracking and look after specific projects.

You will have full accountability for the day-to-day month-end reporting for the project team as well as being exposed to financial modelling, so more advanced excel skills are preferable for this role.

£50k - £55k + Car Allowance & Bonus

Having a can-do and driven attitude is important for this business, previous experience they are open but you will need to be a Finalist/Qualified Accountant. Experience working within the Real Estate/Construction industry is preferred. Experience of UK GAAP / IFRS Joint Venture accounting would also be preferred but not essential
