Job Description
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable - Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a lovely company based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. Being part of their busy AP team it will be processing high volumes of invoices. This is a permanent Accounts Payable position which will be working on a hybrid basis.
Salary: up to £28K dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid, Horsham (Due to the rural location of the offices, own transport is required)

Accounts Payable - Purchase Ledger duties: - Processing invoices
- Performing monthly and ad-hoc supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing payment run
- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
- Recording credit card spend and reconciliations
- Processing staff expenses
Skills and experience: - Proven Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Attention to detail
