Overview
We are looking for Account Handlers to join our highly successful and well-established Real Estate practice across our London, Bournemouth, and Chichester offices.
Our Real Estate practice is a core part of the business, recognised for its strong market reputation, high-performing culture and consistent growth. It offers a fantastic platform for development, with clear opportunities to build your expertise and progress within a respected corporate team.
The team itself is ambitious, collaborative and forward-thinking, combining deep sector knowledge with a proactive approach to delivering solutions for clients. If you are looking to be part of a dynamic environment where you can genuinely develop your career, we would love to hear from you.
You will play a key role in supporting the servicing of client accounts, ensuring a high standard of delivery and client experience across a diverse Real Estate portfolio.
The successful candidates will be based out of our London / Guildford / Chichester offices on a hybrid basis.

You will play a key role in supporting the servicing of client accounts, ensuring a high standard of delivery and client experience across a diverse Real Estate portfolio.
The successful candidates will be based out of our London / Guildford / Chichester offices on a hybrid basis.
How you'll make an impact
- You will look after a portfolio of Real Estate clients.
- Creating documents for new customers, along with any mid-term adjustments and renewals information.
- Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered on to the system in a timely fashion to ensure data integrity.
- Obtain renewal terms for customers, always ensuring you've explored other options before providing the best available solution.
- Prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes and ensure cover is bound by renewal date.
- Liaise with clients and insurers. Confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required.
- Deal with account queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns.
- Apply fundamental legal and regulatory policy in relation to internal policies and the insurance contract as required.
- Keep accurate records and process in accordance with our agreed procedures, to ensure renewals are delivered in a timely manner to ensure positive outcomes for our clients.
About you
- Previous experience as an Account Handler within Real Estate or Property is essential; however, we are open to candidates who have gained some exposure to this area and are keen to further develop their expertise, provided you have a strong core foundation.
- Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Cert CII is desirable as is being educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's.
- Evidence of rapport-building and experience in providing solid customer service focus with outstanding communication and social skills.
- Due diligence and process driven to deadlines, happy to forward plan, organise and analyse information.
- Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail, using initiative when assisting team members.
- Fully proficient in Acturis.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
