This sovereign wealth has big investment appetite and is growing its acquisitions team to deploy significant dry powder ac ross the capital stack. It seeks outstanding candidates with 1-4 years' real estate investment experience gained in IB or PE.
Candidates must have excellent real estate modelling skills and will be smart, driven and hungry for autonomy and deal flow. Successful candidates will support the complete deal lifecycle for complex pan-European acquisitions. Deals can include single assets, portfolios, JVs and platforms.
