About our client
Our client is an established, international private equity secondaries advisory team based in London. The department is part of a larger, well known, financial institution with strong brand recognition. The current team is of a very high calibre and they are looking to grow the business by hiring an Analyst.
What the job involves

• You will lead parts of the investment process and will focus on deal execution
• To a lesser extent you will gain some exposure to portfolio management and deal origination
• You will also be responsible for supervising the production of financial models and managing the due diligence process

Who we are looking for

• Junior analyst level corporate finance experience, ideally with exposure to M&A or leveraged finance transactions
• Experience working in/ extensive knowledge of the private equity secondaries market is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly numerate and some knowledge of financial valuation methodologies
• High level of professionalism, maturity, discretion and good judgement
• Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
