Join Close Brothers Asset Finance where you will be responsible for generating new business & building on existing relationships within the Transport sector in the UK. Working efficiently achieving targets set, sales will be generated through sourcing new business opportunities along with direct sales activity, following leads generated by marketing and initiating local marketing activity. This is a field-based role, so you'll be based from home but will spend a large portion of time on the road with customers. We're open to discussing potential territories and therefore interested in individuals with relevant experience based in Southern England or South Wales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively sources sales from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, sourcing new customers or through dealer introducers.
- Acts as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets, negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales, gathering market and customer information.
- Making accurate, rapid quotations and provide customers with the relevant information to close the deal.
- The Area Sales Manager is responsible to ensure the products are marketed using the appropriate methods and route to market.
- Have a full understanding of all the finance offered and associated add on products available at Close Brothers Asset Finance.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

- You have experience of working in a customer-facing, Asset Finance sales environment - with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
- You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- You are sales driven with ability to plan and manage own activities and contact strategy.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
- You have experience in Asset Finance - ideally specialising in Transport
- Have the ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
