BA/ Project Manager with Transformation – £55-£75K - London/Hybrid

This is a great opportunity for someone who is 5 – 7 years in their career, has strong content in the asset management OR alternatives space and relevant project experience to join a rapidly growning team.

The experience required:

• Experience within asset management/ Private Equity/ Real Estate or Infrastructure Debt environments
• Business process re-engineering principles (including future state asset management operating model design, cost reduction, M&A etc.)
• Asset management value chain
• TOM design and Implementation
• Business analysis, functional decomposition, sourcing model, data model, organisational model as well as high level technical architecture.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst OR project manager
• Previous exposure to one or more of the following; NT, State Street, BNP Paribas Securities or BNY Mellon
• Hands on approach to work – happy to get involved in things like arranging meetings, taking minutes in meetings, preparing status updates and producing decks
