The Role
The Business Analyst will work with the Custody Services Manager and the Custody Services business teams to drive technological, regulatory and business improvements across the department.
The Business Analyst will work in a newly created role, supporting a variety of Investment Operations projects ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery to all clients and business units.
The Business Analyst will support the planning and delivery of projects such as implementing new functionality or Investment Operations systems, or enhancing existing processes and be a key driver of change.
The Business Analyst will produce meaningful and accurate MI and KPIs that are well-presented.
The Business Analyst will contribute to Custody Services policy and procedural reviews, with a view to achieving improved operational efficiency, regulatory or audit compliance.
The Business Analyst will create and maintain strong working relationships with all key Custody Services stakeholders , continuously liaising with various departments and business unites to include Front Office, IT, Compliance, Risk etc.
The Candidate
Business Analyst, Change Management or Technical Project Management experience in Financial Services Operations (ideally within Investment Operations but client will also consider Investment Banking or Pension Services background etc…)
Essential – Experience with Visualisation Tools (ideally Power BI)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of End-to-End processes in relation to MI
Clear and able communicator, able to present confidently to other teams and business units.
Collaborative team worker , able to effectively liaise and build relationships with other departments.
