About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

As a Channel Management Specialist within Parameta Solutions, you will play a critical role in advancing our global Channel Distribution strategy and strengthening how our data and analytics solutions reach the market. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy, partnerships, and market intelligence, you will help shape a high-performing distribution ecosystem that drives scalable revenue growth and enhances Parameta's competitive position.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and commercial teams to identify new opportunities, optimise existing partner relationships, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives that expand our commercial footprint worldwide. This position is ideal for a commercially minded, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by the opportunity to influence growth, innovate across distribution models, and deliver tangible business impact.

Role Responsibilities

  • Execute and refine the Channel Distribution strategy, partnering seamlessly across the channel ecosystem to support strategic planning, renewals, commercial negotiations, and expansion activities.
  • Drive net revenue growth by developing and deploying creative, data-led channel tactics that unlock new commercial opportunities and increase profitability across both direct and indirect distribution routes.
  • Expand and optimise the partner network, supporting account managers and new-business teams in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new channel partners while strengthening existing agreements to maximise direct sales and pass-through revenue.
  • Support the Head of Channel Distribution in identifying priority initiatives, market opportunities, and areas of strategic focus to accelerate channel performance.
  • Cultivate high-value partnerships, building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that advance shared commercial objectives and position Parameta Solutions as a partner of choice.
  • Act as a thought leader, representing Parameta Solutions at industry forums, conferences, and press engagements to showcase our innovation, expertise, and leadership in channel distribution.
  • Monitor and analyse channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions, shape quarterly planning, and support continuous improvement across partner segments and distribution routes.
  • Strengthen internal enablement by equipping sales, account management, and product teams with the tools, insights, and collateral needed to maximise channel effectiveness, ensuring consistent positioning of Parameta's data and analytics solutions across all managed channels.

Experience & Competences

Essential
  • Demonstrable experience in commercially focused roles with direct exposure to channel distribution, partnership management, or business development within financial markets, data, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing go-to-market or channel-growth strategies that have delivered measurable commercial outcomes (e.g., revenue expansion, partner optimisation, new market penetration).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working with pace, accuracy, and sound judgement in a fast-moving environment.

Desired
  • Understanding of trends shaping the financial data, analytics, and technology distribution landscape, such as API-led delivery, marketplace models, cloud-based data access, and evolving regulatory expectations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate these into practical, commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Experience supporting or managing partnership lifecycles from evaluation and onboarding through to commercial negotiation and ongoing performance optimisation.
  • Comfortable operating in cross-functional environments and collaborating effectively with sales, product, marketing, legal, and technology teams to deliver shared objectives.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with appetite for experimentation, continuous improvement, and exploring innovative distribution models.
