I'm working with an investment services group focussed on income security and income longevity. My client invests in asset-backed income from real estate, infrastructure, renewables and lending, with an emphasis on long income.
Headquartered in London, they have a 100 plus strong professional team with over £4 billion of assets under management, including capital commitments.
Outline of role
To provide daily support to the Head of Client Solutions and the Client Solutions Team (5 people). The role will also involve providing support / cover for other teams, as required.
Key responsibilities
- Extensive diary management
- Travel arrangements for international and domestic business trips
- Preparing expenses and keeping track of reimbursements
- Managing switchboard and fielding calls
- Event planning, including lunches and quarterly dinners
- Data inputting via our CRM system
- Booking meeting rooms
- Holiday cover
- General office administration as required
