Duties:
- Review and edit marketing communications including Regulatory and Financial Promotions in line with current guidelines and procedure, in both English and Italian
- Review Documents for the Private Market and Equity Funds, Infrastructure etc against Regulatory Requirements
- Prepare Client Reports and Templates
- Experience in the review of marketing communications relating to UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) and AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds)
- Experience in compliance function or similar internal control function, or Financial Conduct Authority Regulations
- An Understanding of Regulatory Frameworks and Risks
- Ideally has used AdMaster but training can be provided
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Excellent Team Player
