Corporate Actions & Income Administrator

Accurate dissemination of Corporate Action information to applicable parties within the business
Management and processing of Corporate Action Instructions
Ensure client and fund accounts are updated with Corporate Action Entitlements satisfactorily
Review late dividends reporting – determine reasons for late payment and escalate where applicable to ensure timely payment
Review and agree any error/reversal notifications and the resulting corrective actions
Build relationships with third party service providers to foster cooperation and develop best practice
Resolve enquires pertaining to corporate action or income issues to a satisfactory standard
Process Proxy Votes
Perform ad-hoc tasks and processes as required

 
Knowledge

1-2 years Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions experience encompassing multiple instrument types and markets desirable
Experience with income/dividend processing across all asset classes beneficial
Understanding of operational risk, with particular focus on impact of manual processes
Good knowledge of unit trust instruments, to include group 1/group 2 accumulation/income and equalisation payments beneficial
Knowledge of Pershing/Bloomberg systems desirable
Appreciation of custodian processes and Retail and Wealth/Asset Management market
Excel to a high standard
Will consider applicants with 1-2 years general financial services experience
