Our client, a leading global firm, are seeking to add a professional, experienced and motivated candidate to their M&A team.

The firm is a leading PE-backed insurance company with a,highly acquisitive growth strategy, and they are looking to expand their team by adding a high-calibre M&A Professional (Associate/Assistant Manager-level) to their London office. The role will focus on executing the firm's acqusitions with a focus on insurance, and as such, the firm is looking for a candidate with some of the following attributes:

Excellent prior Financial Services and Insurance-sector experience – within a Consultancy (deal advisory or FDD experience valuable), Group M&A/Corporate Development team or Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory
Strong desire to develop high-level valuation/modelling capabilities
Ability to work well within a team, as well as comfortable taking on siginifcant responsibility on a deal-by-deal basis
