Boutique Corporate Advisory house with a focus on Media and Digital Sectors seeks a qualified ACA with relevant Corporate Finance experience in TMT. This individual will be immediately involved in current transaction projects across Buy side, Sell side and Consultancy verticals and partake in the end to end deal, with the inclusion of pre-deal due diligence (commercial, operational, financial &/or tax), post-merger integration and performance improvement.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will participate in project teams, working with clients on the execution of various engagements and assist with ongoing business development activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market analysis
- Company financial analysis
- Performing Operational, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence
- Presentation and report writing
- Financial/operational modelling
- Participation in client/internal meetings
Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2.1 in your undergraduate degree or equivalent achieved in a numerate subject.
- Chartered Accountant (ACA).
- Minimum of two years relevant Corporate Finance experience.
