The role of Corporate Finance Manager is very technical, and if you're considering your next move from Transaction Services and don't want to lose the technical element of the job, but want to move away from report writing and into something more commercial, this is an interesting proposition.

As a Corporate Finance Manager you will be a qualified accountant, and the key to being a successful candidate is demonstrating a strong technical ability. You will have gained experience within a Big 4 / Top 6 or an investment bank/M&A house, and your experience will ideally in M&A or transaction services. Those with enhanced, rounded skills in areas such as financial modelling and SPA are urged to apply.

Providing you have the appetite to learn, tenacity and a keen eye for detail, you’ll be supported by a wonderful team with the opportunity to progress more quickly than you would within the larger firms.
