Our client a niche Corporate Finance boutique are looking for a Senior Analyst to serve as an integral part of every transaction, structuring and execution of deals. The role is fast-paced, challenging and highly quantitative. The Senior Analyst will have direct interaction with clients, investors as well as potential new clients through marketing efforts. Candidate must come from a large IB role.
Responsibilities include:
- Creation of financial projections and merger models
- Market, structure and execute transactions from start to close
- Working with clients on shaping corporate strategy
- Preparation of presentation and marketing materials
- Conducting industry and product research
Experience:
- 3 + yrs. experience of working within Corporate Finance
- BA in finance, maths or relevant subject
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modelling
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent technology skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
- Strong teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- An interest in technology and venture capital would be an asset
- Knowledge of a European language would be an advantage
