The team works on a pan European basis partnering with IG Corporate clients and is focussed on Originating and Executing Loan and acquisition finance deals.
The role will focus on both leading the syndication efforts as ‘Head of Syndicate’ running both internal processes as well as leading the pricing, market analysis and syndication of IG loans underwritten or committed by the bank. Additionally the role with also have significant Origination responsibilities across the businesses EMEA client base.
The client is keen to engage with candidates with strong IG loans/corporate acquisition finance experience (experienced VP/D) able to demonstrate the ability to price, structure and syndicate loans as well as a demonstrable expertise in all aspects of loan transactions. The ability to forge new relationships and win business will also be required.
