An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of six in a dynamic and fast moving prop trading house based in the City. The role has a broad remit and will provide excellent finance exposure. This role requires a strong candidate with good knowledge of finance operations and the ability to get involved with all aspects of the finance function.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and ensure appropriate accounting practices are adopted
Prepare annual financial statements under FRS102, USGAAP and Singapore FRS, ensuring technical accuracy
Liaising with Auditors in the UK, Singapore, Amsterdam and Hong Kong during the annual audit
Preparation of consolidation entries and maintaining the consolidation account
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare detailed monthly reconciliations and analytical review
Preparation of Management Information
Involvement in projects together with other key stakeholders across the global business

Requirements

A qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA,
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Strong work ethic
Strong Excel skills
