EGR:40621 - Renewable Investments – Transactions/Deals Support

The role:

·         Provide day-to-day support for Renewables investment transactions

·         Drive the set-up of new deal structures, manage existing deal structures, coordinate audit workflows and deal tax and VAT requirements and analysis

·         Coordinate and manage all aspects of booking Renewables transactions in the systems

·         Prepare and manage reporting and analysis

·         Research and resolve complex issues related to transactions and processes

·         Assist in developing operational procedures to support business activities

·         Assist with transaction valuations and treasury liquidity requirements and projections

·         Respond to internal and external queries regarding transactions, bookings, and reconciliations

·         Collaborate with the renewables commercial team and external renewables projects’ asset managers on a day-to-day basis

·         Provide input on transaction documentation and collaborate with internal legal, risk, and compliance when needed

·         Partner with internal and external teams to support the Renewables operations function

·         Manage operations with third party administrators and asset managers to ensure high quality service delivery

·         Utilise judgment in making decisions related to the operations function and assume responsibility for the impact to the business

·         Understand key areas of the business and anticipate potential issues; proactively communicate solutions to others within the team or management
