A scaleup fintech business is looking for a FP&A Manager. The FP&A Manager will report to the Head of FP&A and manager a Finance Analyst as part of a growing FP&A function. The FP&A Manager will take ownership of the monthly rolling forecast, half yearly re-forecast, deliver actionable insights through analysis and use modelling skills to support various internal teams with scenario modelling.
This FP&A Manager role is a newly created position designed to support the Head of FP&A and senior leadership team to create a best in class FP&A function and build out dedicated financial support across the business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has some post-qualified experience and is now looking for that next step up.

The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with 2-3 years post-qualified experience. Exposure to 'disruptive' sectors would be advantageous but any experience within fast paced, innovative industries would be welcomed.
