I am currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for a fast growing Tech/ Software company which are looking to grow massively over the next 3 years. My client are currently an SME and will be looking at expanding the team which will give you an opportunity to grow considerably with a company.
This is a technical role with other elements of ERP implementation, process improvement while running the overall accounts, consolidation, stat accounts and support the Head of Finance with daily tasks. For this role you will need to be very hands on as new systems are being implemented. You will need a positive attitude and extremely good attention to detail, on top of this great communication skills.
To be considered for the Finance Manager role you have a minimum of 2 years PQE experience from working within industry. You will need to be qualified ACA and be able to work in a rapidly growing business with 2 direct reports.
You will need to be highly motivated and driven as this role will be challenging however extremely rewarding with the opportunity to progress within the company as it expands.
