Front Office Business Analyst

This role is based at their London office and supports the activities of the firm’s Information Technology Department.

You will be responsible for:

• Day to day business support of the three OMS – Charles River / Bloomberg AIM / Atos APOLLO
• Managing / executing OMS projects
• Write business requirements / existing process documents and effectively communicate them to technical team members and business users
• Design new process to satisfy business needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues with technical team members and report the cause of the problems

You will likely possess:

• Detailed knowledge and several years support experience with Charles River system is essential
• Knowledge and experience with Bloomberg AIM is preferable
• Several years’ of front office business analyst experience is preferable
• Knowledge of SQL is desirable
