Are you an experienced Fund Controller looking to step up into a more strategic and value adding position? This established credit manager is going through a period of exciting growth and as a result are looking to hire this brand new headcount.

The role will be key in driving forward fund structure launches, process improvements and being a value add from an LPA overview, business partnering and modelling perspective.

Key Responsibilities
(In conjunction with the fund administrator)

Administration of the fund
Quarterly capital accounts
Annual financial statements for companies and partnerships prepared primarily under Luxembourg GAAP
Cash reconciliations and cash books
Capital calls and distributions
Bespoke investor reporting
Information required for UK and US tax reporting
Regulatory reporting
Liaison with auditors and other external service providers
Liaison with firm finance, investor relations, loan operations, valuation and fund finance teams located in Madrid, London and Luxembourg
Opportunity for involvement in other activities

Desired Experience / Background

Strong academic background, with successful completion of an accounting qualifications with a recognised Accounting Institute (ACA, ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA etc)
Experience in private equity or private credit sector, broader asset management sector would be desirable
Familiarity with Lux GAAP
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively with the other members of the finance team and external fund administrator
Excellent communication skills fluent English
High level of motivation, integrity and enthusiasm
Ability to multi task with excellent time management skills and investor focus
Inquisitive mindset with an eagerness to learn and make improvements
Resilient and willing to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Experience with Wall Street Office would be an advantage
