As a Global Tax Projects Director, you will be joining a well known MNC, leading the international tax projects design.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain an understanding of the company's global business developments, investments, activities and business strategies and proactively explore tax planning opportunities
- Lead complex global or multinational tax planning projects, collect business inputs and other relevant tax teams' comments and support project team in developing a comprehensive solution
- Review and analyse the tax effects of proposed business transactions, provide timely tax advice to the business units and prepare operating guidelines for new business activity
- Provide support and advice to the company's external and internal restructuring activities, including conducting tax due diligence and designing deal structures and presenting findings and recommendations to management
- Review the tax solutions designed by other team members and provide technical support
Skills & experience required:
- Professionally qualified CPA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent with CTA/ADIT or equivalent preferred
- Extensive tax planning experience gained in a similar scale business
- Strong International Tax Experience
