twentyAI have partnered with a leading financial services firm who are looking for a Head of Data Transformation to join their technology function who can add value from data and shape the business' data and platform strategy.
The Role
The Head of Data Transformation will set the vision and strategy for the business' new consolidated data platform and will deliver opportunities to democratize data. You will partner with various business stakeholders and analytics professionals across the function and business in order to understand their needs and address complex business questions.
Historically, all data platforms within the business have been running on premise and, with this new multi-year transformational programme, they are looking to move to the cloud and use Snowflake at the heart of that migration.
The Head of Data Transformation will own the platform and lead the technical team building it out.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be first and foremost be someone who has experience solving business problems through data-led technology solutions. You will have a track record of leading large scale data projects, as well as the strong leadership skills expected when liaising with senior stakeholders.
You will be results-driven and will have excellent communication skills, as well as an analytical mindset.
Snowflake experience is not a must but highly preferable.
