Miryco are working with a leading, International Insurance Broker, looking for a Head of Strategic Financial Analysis, reporting to the CFO, to use their expert knowledge to drive and shape strategy policy. In the role, you would be responsible for commercial and financial analysis, with two direct reports to support you. As Head of Strategic Financial analysis, you will be an expert in data manipulation coupled with the identification of insights and trends, blending financial and non-financial data to inform critical business decisions, and elevate business performance.

Key Skills:

Managerial skills to lead a team and develop junior team members.
Ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical abilities and capable of solving complex problems.
Experience with PowerBI / data visualisation is preferred.

Experience / Qualifications

Must have either accounting, finance or related degree or a professional accounting qualification.
Must be highly proficient in Excel with ability to understand financial models.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in M&A or advisory role in the insurance sector.
