We are currently looking for a PM to join a team working on IBOR projects for our client.

About the role 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a product workstream to ensure requirements of the business are defined and implemented within regulatory deadlines
  • Managing, tracking and reporting status of plan execution items across deliverables
  • Project plan and RAID management
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders (Front Office structuring teams, business unit managers, Legal, etc.) to ensure end to end change impacts are understood and worked on
  • Working with Legal team to determine contractual obligations of fallbacks
  • Defining remediation and communication approach to clients
  • Ensuring conduct, regulatory and operational risk is managed/mitigated with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide reporting to SteerCOs for key decision making
  • Work with structuring desk heads and local structurers to drive change and engage clients on LIBOR

 

Who are we looking for? 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage) 
  • 5+ years experience in PM Reg Change position, ideally within Tier 1 Banks
  • Experienced within IBOR, ideally in IBOR Change Programmes
  • Experience working with Front Office, Trading and Sales, Technology teams, Risk Management or Legal/compliance/control infrastructure
  • Strong working knowledge of Markets products and environments
  • Knowledge of derivatives, structured notes, medium term notes (MTNs), LIBOR and central clearing preferable
  • Strong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
