Our client, a leading infrastructure fund manager, is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate to their team in London. What the job involves

The Investor Relations team is seeking an intelligent, analytically-minded Investor Relations Associate / Senior Associate to project-manage fundraises across all strategies. In this role, the successful candidate will be working closely with senior management in daily IR activities and engaging with existing and prospective investors.

• Contributing to the development of due diligence and fundraising materials such as DDQs, RFPs and PPMs
• Prepare bespoke quarterly investor reports
• Responding to inbound queries and due diligence requests from existing investors
• Assist in the preparation of the AGM, LPAC meetings and conferences
• Assist in organising and preparing materials for investor meetings and marketing roadshows

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background with experience in investor relations, placement agent or infrastructure investment
• Prior exposure to or relevant experience in infrastructure is highly desirable
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, structured thinker and numerically-minded
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
