A major European energy company is looking to hire an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Advisor to join their business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax or accounting professional. The role will see you function as the international tax advisor, covering both direct tax and transfer pricing matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with tax implications of UK and cross-border transactions and structures;
- Identification of new tax risks and development of ideas;
- Transfer pricing advice and support - including advice on application of TP law and practice for intercompany transactions;
- TP analysis of new intercompany transactions, provision of recommendations on TP approach to other tax team members;
- Assist in the identification of TP policies and practices;
- Assist in handling direct tax audits as well as TP audits, TP defence and TP disputes;
- Assist in preparing in-house position on certain types of transactions and treatment of local/international legislation
Experience:
- Tax advisory and Transfer pricing experience
- UK and international tax legislation experience
- Understanding of OECD guidelines
