Investor Relations Associate

Responsibilities

• Join senior team members in prospect and client meetings, taking notes and handling follow ups.
• Assist with managing existing investor relationships across Europe through proactive outreach and responding to inbound requests.
• Work with the RFP team to manage responses and take ownership for complex submissions.
• Aid with developing new business contacts and client relationships.
• Coordinate presentations and other materials for client/prospect meetings.
• Proactively update the CRM, tracking all sales activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in private markets
• Fluency in a European language (ideally French and/or Spanish)
• Good interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Strong literacy skills with high attention to detail.
• Driven nature with desire to progress.
• Passion for financial markets.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
