Your role:

Are you driven to deliver high quality solutions to your clients? Do you look for ways to improve and enhance processes and practices? We're looking for someone like you to help us to:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for CDIO Technology Junior Talent hiring activity for the UK
- Partner with the Junior Talent Marketing, Recruitment and Learning Team leads in the UK and EMEA to ensure client-focused solutions are delivered end-to-end
- Deliver on our Senior Stakeholders (internal to HR and external clients) expectations and provide excellent service delivery
- Project manage cyclical learning programs, such as our Summer Internship and Insight Programs to a high standard
- Build effective relationships with key Business and HR stakeholders
- Drive and implement the communication and engagement plan for key stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks and costs related to Junior Talent Recruitment
- Ensure fair and consistent hiring standards are adhered to at all times
- Use and manage MI effectively to inform decision making

You'll be based in London and report into the EMEA Head of Junior Talent Recruitment. You'll have exposure to a broad range of stakeholders within recruitment and partner closely with the EMEA Junior Talent Learning and the EMEA Junior Talent Campus Relations Marketing team. The Junior Talent team is made up of three key areas. The recruitment team (where this role sits) is responsible for managing all end to end recruitment for apprentices, internships and graduate programs. The Learning team manages the design and delivery of all graduate training programs and the Campus Relations team manage the university relationships internally and externally.
Your expertise:
- Junior Talent recruiter experience, ideally within the Technology space
- Experience managing projects
- Outstanding client relationship skills and proven experience of managing senior stakeholders
- Able to manage large volumes
- A good understanding of working in a global and/or complex organization
- A solutions-focused approach to solving problems
- The ability to look at things strategically and make recommendations using data and metrics
- An understanding of what 'best in class' candidate experience looks like and how to deliver this
