Lead Java Developer

Alexander Ash are currently working with a global conglomerate who are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join their multi-disciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for any Lead Java Developer who is dedicated and will seek to identify improvements and efficiency's, while utilising new technologies and existing tools as the organisation takes on one of it's biggest bodies of work.

Skill Requirements

• Financial Services Experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electronics / Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Full Stack Java development experience i.e., Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API, Perl and associated technologies
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure or GCP
• Experience of developing low latency trading systems, with a solid understanding of concurrency and Java and system performance tuning, along with messaging, persistence and distribution.
