Management Accountant - Scale-up Commercial Property Business
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits and bonus

Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity in a rapidly growing commercial property business? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client is a fast-growing commercial property business based in the heart of London. They are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements for a portfolio of properties
• Group consolidation of management accounts
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Analysis of financial data and preparation of reports to support decision-making.
• Assisting with year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation.
• Cash flow forecasting and management.
• Preparation of VAT returns and other tax filings.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience in a management accounting role ideally within the property sector. Would consider someone moving straight from practice
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000, plus excellent benefits and a generous bonus scheme. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team in a fantastic working culture, with plenty of opportunities for career development and progression.
