Our client is a highly regarded independent corporate finance and advisory boutique providing expert advice to Corporates, Founders and Entrepreneurs across three key sectors, Healthcare, Technology and CleanTech primarily with a bias towards UK and French markets. Through continued success they are now looking to add senior origination capability.

Successful candidates are likely to have

15+ years investment banking (M&A) experience from within elite boutiques/independent advisory houses, mid-market investment banks, big 4 Accountancy firms, specialist sector boutiques (and potentially the global universal investment banks) with strong M&A experience; a plus if coupled with sector knowledge across the healthcare, cleantech and/or technology sectors
the requisite drive, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial flair to help drive the expansion of this young (7yrs+) firm, with a very strong collegiate culture
a demonstrable track record in being able to originate and develop credible relationships with prospective clients
