Portfolio Analyst/ Development Management and Investment - PE Fund - Real Estate

Our client is a small and highly Entrepreneurial RE investor, with a track record of investing in multiple asset classes they have build a strong reputation among Investors of patient, solid Investing, from Hotels to Mezzanine.

Generally they are focussed on New York and London for Mezzanine and Opportunistic investing at the moment, however they have invested across the world and have brought in operators in some cases and operated the assets themselves in others.

The role: 
• Modelling, analytical review 
• SPV management, NAV´s, Profit analysis, fund management, 
• Managing Development Projects, Investment appraisal, Project Financing 
• Investor Relations – working with investors on SPV performance, Queries etc
• The role can be based in London or Cayman islands 


Candidate Requirements: 
• Audit, Transaction services or lead advisory background(ideally Real Estate Focused)
• Good Analytical skills 
• Strong Data manipulation skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Looking to get into the Investment side.
