Assist in the management of high-value client real estate portfolios, to maximize appreciation of the portfolio value, for the London branch of an Investment Bank. Execute value-added strategies including space reconfiguration, refurbishment and redevelopment, re-leasing and reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and advise on new and existing real estate projects for high profile clients
- Assist on leasing strategy
- Appoint project managers, contractors and other third parties
- Appoint letting, maintenance and admin agents
- Advise on redevelopment potential
- Help maintain client relationships
- Liaise with relevant entities for permits and approvals
- Enhance income and capital values value engineering and feasibility studies
- Evaluate potential for space reconfiguration
- Oversee refurbishment and redevelopment and re-leasing
- Help develop annual portfolio strategy
- Facilitate and advise during sales negotiations
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 YEARS real estate experience
- Experience in property management or asset management
- Direct management of real estate property portfolios through either a financial institution or real estate firm
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
